ArosBid is a product of Arosplatforms. This website is the public marketing site for that product. Contact: hello@arosbid.com.
The live-demo form asks for your name, work email, company, trade, and any notes you choose to add. We use that information to reply and to schedule the walkthrough. We do not sell it.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Requests necessarily create ordinary server logs (time, path, coarse network metadata) used to operate and secure the site.
Each customer runs an isolated ArosBid instance: own subdomain, own database, own document store, own branding, signed in with that customer’s Microsoft Entra ID. Bid documents and pursuit data live in that instance, not in a shared marketing database.
We do not train public models on customer bid data. Isolated customer data is not a public training corpus.
Demo-request records are kept so we can respond and, if you become a customer, continue the conversation. Email hello@arosbid.com to ask for a copy or deletion of a request you submitted on this site.
The demo form may load a bot-prevention widget when that protection is enabled. We do not use the marketing site to run a third-party advertising pixel.
