AccuBid builds the estimate
Trimble AccuBid is estimating software for electrical and mechanical contractors. AccuBid Classic is the original electrical seat: assemblies, labor units, material pricing, the estimate built up from the work. AccuBid Anywhere is the cloud subscription in the same neighborhood. Takeoff in that stack is a companion, not a mystery. The product is sold to build the number.
Building the number is necessary. It is not the whole bid. A feeder schedule that disagrees with the one-line, a chiller that changed tonnage between spec and sheet, a vendor cover total that is not the sum of its lines, a front-end clause that disqualifies you — those survive a clean assembly run. They are reading and arithmetic. ArosBid reads the entire tender, recomputes every number in integer-cent code, and flags the scope gaps before submission. During training, nothing sends without a recorded human approval.

Moving off AccuBid, without a fake calendar
This section will not tell you the switch takes two weeks, or thirty days, or a quarter. We have not published a cutover we can cite, so we will not invent one. It will not tell you your AccuBid database imports in one click. Items, assemblies, and labor units you have maintained for years do not move themselves.
What moving actually starts as: a live demo on a pursuit you already know. You watch the tender get read, a number get recomputed, a gap get cited to a page, and a send get held until you approve it. Takeoff and estimate are in the product. Your cost history is a conversation on that call if you want it to be. It is not a milestone on this page.
Stay on AccuBid if the only job you need done is building the estimate, and the tender, the vendor sheet, and the send already have a process you trust. Classic or Anywhere, that is a real seat. This page is for the desk that needs the bid checked, not only built. A general contractor shopping subs is the wrong product either way.
