The search, and the page that answers it
“Trimble AutoBid alternative” is a switching search. The person typing it already has takeoff and an estimate, and wants to know whether the next seat still does that job and also reads the tender before the bid goes out. This page is that answer. It is not the feature table.
ArosBid includes takeoff and estimate and replaces Trimble AutoBid. It reads every page of the tender. It recomputes the numbers in integer-cent code. It requires a human approval before submission. During training, nothing sends unless the request cites a recorded decision. Trimble Estimation MEP is the current Trimble MEP estimating product. Replacement on this site is AutoBid. We do not publish an Estimation MEP defect list, and we do not publish an AutoBid crash list.

Who this is for
Specialty trade estimators. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, steel. The invitation is already yours. The question is whether the bid that leaves the office has been read, recomputed, and approved. The role page is for estimators.
If the seat you are leaving is Quick Bid, not AutoBid, use the QuickBid alternative. If it is AccuBid, use the AccuBid alternative. Those are different products. Mixing them into one table is how a search page starts lying.
Stay on AutoBid if you only need takeoff and estimating and the rest of the bid week already has a process you trust. That is a scope fact, stated again on the comparison page. This URL is for the desk that wants the whole tender in the same workspace.
What you can check, and what we will not invent
On a walkthrough: the set read, a finding opened to the page, a total recomputed by code, a send held for approval. Isolated instance. Own database and document store. Own subdomain. Microsoft Entra ID. Customer bid data is not used to train public models.
Not on this page: customer names, logos, win rates, savings percentages, a migration week count, or a second copy of the AutoBid feature table.
