A tender review that cannot be opened to a page is a rumor. ArosBid returns the section, the paragraph, and the sheet, so an estimator can verify a finding in seconds and decide whether it is real.
Mandatory site visits, registration deadlines, prequalification, bonding thresholds — they live in Division 00 and 01, often off the invitation email, sometimes issued by addendum after pricing has started. Miss one and the whole estimate was spent on a bid that will not be opened.

Specification and schedule are written by different people and issued as though they agree. A chiller that is 350 tons in the spec and 400 on drawing M-401 is equipment, electrical service, steel, and lead time — and the order-of-precedence clause usually says the spec governs. The window for the RFI is before the number is set.

An addendum that reached the folder but not the person doing pricing is a silent scope change. Review includes every addendum against what was already read, so a late package is a change rather than a surprise at buyout.
Not takeoff. Not a plan room. Not a replacement for the estimator’s judgment about whether a conflict is real. The reading is automated. The decision stays with the person who will carry the number.
